1. Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centre in Dubai.

We ship worldwide, subject to courier availability and destination regulations. At checkout, you will be informed whether delivery to your country is available.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (including festive seasons such as Ramadan or Eid), processing times may be slightly extended.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply.

8. Perishable Product Disclaimer

Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product. While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot fully guarantee product condition upon arrival in extremely hot climates or in cases of unexpected transit delays.

We recommend:

  • Selecting express shipping for warmer destinations

  • Ordering during cooler seasons when possible

Minor melting does not affect product quality or safety.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Some countries have strict import regulations regarding food products.
